Dia De Los Muertos *Sugar Skulls* Blog Hop!!!

Welcome Welcome to the "Dia De Los Muertos" Hop!

Dia de los Muertos is a holiday for remembering and honoring those who have passed.
This is a one day blog hop and we appreciate your leaving a comment for all of my fabulous crafty friends who are here sharing their ideas and creations.
Sugar Skulls are my absolute favorite obsession lately, so this hop is just what the Dr. (or the spirits) ordered!  Now, you really don't want to miss a thing along the way.  To start at the beginning click here for the wonderful Connie.  You should have arrived at my page via the blog of the ever so talented Madge.
First off, I have a quick pic of myself with Madge and the fabulous women in her family at "Witches Night Out".  Of course we had a "Day of the Dead" theme for our costumes this year

Alrighty...here is my sugar skull project:

I used a paper mache' base to start. Then I just picked a bunch of my favorite paper flowers and started applying them to the paper mache'.
Here is a side view.                                                                          I used jewels in the center of the eyes.
That's it!  Paper mache', flowers, jewels.  So simple, but I love it.  It is going to hang in my craft room!
Next up on the hop is: Holli
