Alrighty then!  Now that's all out- For my project today I used a faux book box that I purchased at Michaels.   Here's a pic of how the book/box looks with the cover lifted:

Now here is the book:
I used mod podge to place the "title" and numbers on the book.  I then tore Christmas pattern paper and mod podged that to re-do the cover (front & back) of the book.  I left some of the pieces extra long so that I could curve them back like the book had ripped open.
I added the Santa embellishment, some ink and a little gold rub & buff.  Wah-la  a fun Christmas storage book.  I just haven't decided if I am going to fill it will treats on my counter or holiday photos.  This has really been one of my favorite projects that I've tried.  There are so many possibilities!
Now, You don't want to miss a thing so just click here and it will take you right over to the fantastic
Deb Rodgerson who is next up on the hop!
***Blog Candy!!!  I will be sending a prize pack to one lucky winner that I will pick from all of the comments on my blog throughout the hop.  You must be a follower to win :)
